With effect from 01 October 2018

Bhagyanagar Properties announced the following change in director with effect from 01 October 2018 -

1. Change in Designation of Devendra Surana from Executive Director (Whole-time Director) to hold office as Non-Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

2. Change in Designation / Appointment of Shresha Surana as Executive Director (Whole-time Director) of the Company for a period of 3 years, subject to approval of shareholders.
