Blue Blends (India) allots equity shares to non-promoters

On preferential basis

Blue Blends (India) has allotted 903,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 72 per share (including a premium of Rs 62 per equity share) on preferential basis to the non-promoters. Pursuant to the above allotment of equity shares, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 203127880.
