Board of Agio Paper & Industries approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 21 March 2018

Agio Paper & Industries in its Board Meeting held on 21 March 2018 has appointed Neeraj Kichlu as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of the company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 21 March 2018.

The Board has also taken note of and accepted the Resignation letter received from Sheo Shankar Joshi, Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f. 09 March 2018.
