Board of Omax Autos approves restructuring of Menesar Plant

At meeting held on 21 March 2018

The Board of Omax Autos at its meeting held on 21 March 2018 has approved the restructuring/ relocation of the operations at Menesar Plant situated at Plot No. 6 Sector -3, Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana, which would involve partial closure of Manesar plant. Subject to necessary regulatory approvals and compliances, the aforesaid plan is expected to be completed within 3-6 months.
