Board of Arora Fibres approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 December 2014

Arora Fibres announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 December 2014 has appointed Navdeep Singh Khera as an Independent Director. H. V. Deodhar who was an Independent Director submitted his resignation and the same was accepted by the Board in the same Board meeting.
