Board of IDBI Bank approves sale of shareholding in CARE

At meeting held on 29 December 2014

IDBI Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 29 December 2014, has permitted the sale of IDBl Bank's part or whole shareholding of 48,18,292 equity shares in Credit Analysis & Research in one or more lots subject to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
