Artson Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015 has:1. noted that Pratik Agrawal resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and
2. approved the appointment of Rajesh Mandale as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective 02 February 2015 in place of Pratik Agrawal.
