Century Textiles & Industries announces delisting of GDRs from Luxembourg Stock Exchange

With effect from 15 January 2015

Century Textiles & Industries announced that the Company has been informed by Luxembourg Stock Exchange vide their letter dated 14 January 2015 received by the Company on 27 January 2015 that following the termination of deposit agreement on 12 January 2015, the said exchange has decided to delist the GDRs from official list and to withdraw trading in the Company's GDRs on the Euro MTF Market of the said exchange w.e.f. 15 January 2015.
