Board of Atul appoints director

At meeting held on 27 March 2015

Atul announced that subject to the approval of the Shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held on 27 March 2015 appointed Shubhalakshmi Panse as a Non executive Independent Director for five years with effect from 27 March 2015.
