Board of Dynacons Technologies appoints director

At meeting held on 27 March 2015

Dynacons Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2015, has decided to :

1. Appoint Archana Phadke as an Independent, Additional Director with effect from 27 March 2015.

2. Appoint Shruti Shah as Secretarial Auditor to conduct the Audit as per Companies Act, 2013.
