Board of BEML approves scheme of arrangement

At meeting held on 23 July 2021

The Board of BEML at its meeting held on 23 July 2021 has approved the scheme of arrangement between BEML and BEML Land Assets. The scheme inter-alia provides:

a. Demerger of Identified Surplus/ Non-core Assets from BEML and its vesting in BEML Land Assets,

b. Reduction and cancellation of share capital of BEML Land Assets and matter incidental thereto.
