BMB Music & Magnetics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 April 2015, has taken the following decision:1. Registered office of the Company was shifted from "206, A Block, Amrit Kalash, Near Kamal & company, Tonk Road, Jaipur to 0-12, Ilnd floor, Amber Tower, S.C. Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan w.e.f. 17 April 2015.
2. Disclosure of Interest by the directors of the Company pursuant to section 184 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Companies (Meeting of Board And its Powers) Rules, 2014.
