Board of Murli Industries appoints director

Murli Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2015, has considered and appointed Rachana Vijay Jain as an additional director of the Company. She will come under the categories of Independent Director of the Company as per the clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
