Board of D-Link India appoints director

At meeting held on 29 August 2015

D-Link India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Douglas Hsiao as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 29 August 2015.

Further, the Board of Directors has also approved the appointment of Douglas Hsiao as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
