DCM Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, inter alia, has decided the following:- To change the Registrar & Transfer Agents as the current agents M/s. MCS has decided to transfer their business to their other Company i.e. MCS Share Transfer Agent.
