Board of Hathway Cable & Datacom allots equity shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 14 October 2014

Hathway Cable & Datacom announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 October 2014 have allotted 47 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 320 per share aggregating to Rs 150.40 crore by way of preferential allotment.
