MSR India announces change in directorate and statutory auditors

MSR India announced about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Appointment of Gundala Raju as Independent Director.

2. Appointment of M/s. Vijay Sai Kumar & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company.

3. Resignation of Indukuri Srinivasa Raju from the Board of Directors.
