Hinduja Foundries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 13 August 2015, have resolved to appoint the following as Additional Directors of the Company.1. Markus Wermers
2. Sudhanshu Tripathi
23. K Sridharan
The Board further resolved to appoint Markus Wermers as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 13 August 2015 for a period upto three years and remuneration payable to him subject to the approval of the shareholders and Central Government.
The approval of the shareholders for the appointment of Markus Wermers as the Managing Director and remuneration payable to him will be obtained through the postal ballot process.
