KSE announced that in the Board meeting held on 22 September 2015, A. P. George, Director has been appointed as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 October 2015, subject to approval of the shareholders at general meeting. Consequent to the death of Late P. K. Varghese, Executive Director of the Company, on 12 July 2015, Marykutty Varghese was appointed as an additional director, with effect from 01 October 2015 in accordance with the provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, in the same Board Meeting.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
