At meeting held on 30 October 2015
Mahindra Lifespace Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015 have allotted 6,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOS 2012.Pursuant to the above allotment, the issue equity capital of the Company has increased to Rs 41,06,73,010 and the subscribed and paid up equity capital has increased to Rs 41,02,64,500.
