Board of Marico recommends first interim dividend

Marico announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 November 2015, inter alia, have recommended the first interim dividend of Rs 1.75 per equity Share (i.e. 175%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
