Board of Shivalik Bimetal Controls accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 04 November 2015

Shivalik Bimetal Controls announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 November 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

- The Board took a note on Retirement of D.J.S. Sandhu from the Directorship of the Company for health and personal reasons, w.e.f. 20 August 2015 and accepted the same.

Accordingly, D.J.S. Sandhu has ceased to be Deputy Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 20 August 2015.
