Medicamen Biotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 October 2015 has appointed Ajay Babu Jha as Additional Director in the capacity of Whole Time Director of the Company and Jitendra Nath Ojha has resigned from the directorship of the Company.
