Board of AksharChem (India) approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 09 October 2015

AksharChem (India) announced that the Board has accepted the resignation of Gokul M. Jaykrishna as Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from 09 October 2015. However, Gokul M. Jaykrishna will continue to remain on the Board as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
