Board of Modi Udyog accepts resignation of directors

With effect from 31 August 2015

Modi Udyog announced that following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Manoranjan Roy has resigned from the Company w.e.f. 31 August 2015.

2. Arup Thakur has resigned from the Company w.e.f. 31 August 2015.
