Board of Interface Financial Services accepts resignation of director

Interface Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 September 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:

- To accept resignation of Dinaben Ganatra as additional Director (Women Director) from the board of Director of the Company w.e.f. 28 August 2015.
