At meeting held on 23 May 2018
The Board of Motherson Sumi Systems at its meeting held on 23 May 2018 approved the following change in directors -Toshimi Shirakawa, Director, a nominee of Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Japan had resigned from the Board of the Company effective from 23 May 2018; and
Nishimura Shunichiro, has been appointed as a Director in place of Toshimi Shirakawa effective from 23 May 2018.
