Ashok Leyland allots 37.27 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Ashok Leyland has allotted 37,27,000 equity shares of Re.1/- each to Vinod K Dasari, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director upon exercise of stock options granted under Ashok Leyland Employees Stock Option Plan 2016.

Upon the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 2931,400,276/- divided into 2931,400,276/- equity shares of Re.1/- each to Rs.2935,127,276/- divided into 2935,127,276 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
