Board of Prestige Estates Projects appoints director

At meeting held on 11 November 2014

Prestige Estates Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 November 2014, inter alia, has appointed Uzma Irfan as an Additional Director in the Board of the Company to comply with the requirement under section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013. Further the Company informed that Uzma Irfan currently holds the position of Executive Director-Corporate Communications of the Company.
