Anna Infrastructures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 November 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matter:

1. Shifting of registered office from one state to another (from State of NCT, Delhi and Haryana to State of Uttar Pradesh) and

2. Appointment of Scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot.
