Board of Reliance Power approves change in CFO
At meeting held on 16 February 2018
The Board of Directors of Reliance Power has accepted the resignation of Suresh Nagarajan from post of CFO. The Board has given the additional responsibility of CFO to N. Venugopala Rao, who is currently the WTD and CEO of the Company. The above additional appointment comes into effect immediately.
