Board of Silverpoint Infratech approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 14 February 2018

Silverpoint Infratech announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 14 February 2018 considered that Nabarun Sinha Roy had resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and in place of him Sanjay Kumar Drolia had been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)of the Company w.e.f 14 February 2018.
