Board of Saint-Gobain Sekurit India approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 October 2020

The Board of Saint-Gobain Sekurit India at its meeting held on 29 October 2020 has taken on record the retirement of A Dinakar as the Managing Director of the Company from 31 December 2020. The Board has appointed Venugopal Shanbhag as an Additional Director to hold office from 1 January 2021 up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board has appointed Venugopal Shanbhag as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years from 1 January 2021.
