Board of SML ISUZU approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 05 August 2021

The Board of SML ISUZU at its meeting held on 05 August 2021 has noted the resignation received from Noboru Murakami, Non-Executive Director (DIN 08803344) with effect from 5 August 2021 Consequently, he will ceased to be Director of the Company with effect from 5 August, 2021. The Board also approved the appointment of Kazuo Goda (DIN 07572151), as Additional Director of the Company on rotation basis (Category: Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) in place of Noboru Murakami, with effect from 5 August 2021 .
