At meeting held on 13 April 2014
Sun and Shine Worldwide announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:- To appoint Dilip Chavan and Sachin Sunil Manchekar as additional Director and to accept resignation of Binit Rajnikant Joshi from the board of Director of the Company.
