Unichem Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 May 2014, inter alia, has also considered the following:Appointment of Prafull Anubhai, Ramdas M Gandhi, Nasser Munjee, Prafull D Sheth and Anand Mahajan existing Independent Directors, as Independent Directors of the Company, for a term of 5 consecutive years starting from 12 July 2014 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
Recommended the appointment of B D Jokhakar & Co., as statutory auditors of the Company for a period of three consecutive years from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
