Board of United Spirits does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 03 September 2014

United Spirits announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 Septembers 2014, inter alia, has not recommended any dividend on the equity shares of the Company in view of the losses incurred by the Company during the year 2013 - 14.
