Future Consumer Enterprise announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 September 2014, inter alia, has considered / approved the following, subject however to necessary consents and approvals that may be required:

1. Setting-up of a wholly-owned subsidiary to undertake acquisition of business.

2. Setting-up of multiple food products manufacturing facility by the Company, at Integrated Food Park, Tumkur, Karnataka.
