Board of Vascon Engineers approves rights issue

At meeting held on 20 October 2014

Vascon Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2014, inter alia, have discussed and approved the following:

1. The Board of Directors have approved the issue of Equity Shares on Right basis upto Rs. 120 crore (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Crore only).

2. Statement of Utilization of Initial Public Offer (IPO) proceeds pursuant to clause 43 of Listing Agreement.
