Board of Vaswani Industries appoints director

At meeting held on 31 March 2016

Vaswani Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2016, inter alia, has decided :

1. To appoint Pawan Kumar Jha as an additional director of the Company.

2. Review the reports of Audit committees, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee of the Company.
