Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 April 2016

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that Nishi Vasudeva - Chairman & Managing Director has retired from the services of the Corporation on attaining the age of superannuation effective 31 March 2016 (p.m.).

Further the Company inform that MOP&NG vide letter dated 01 March 2016 appointed Mukesh Kumar Surana as Chairman & Managing Director and Mukesh Kumar Surana has assumed the charge as Chairman & Managing Director of the Corporation effective 01 April 2016.
