Board of Visa Steel approves proposed scheme of amalgamation

At meeting held on 21 August 2015

Visa Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 August 2015 has approved the proposed scheme of amalgamation of Visa BAO with Visa Steel. The scheme is subject to necessary approvals of SEBI, Hon'ble High Court of Orissa and other regulatory authorities as may be applicable.
