Maruti Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

- Appointment of Hiteshi N. Patel as Director (Woman Director) of the Company, subject to the approval of members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
