The Board of Directors of White Organic Agro at its meeting held on 17 December 2018 has approved bonus issue of shares in the ratio of 1:1 . The Board has approved the increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company, from the present Rs. 17.50 crore divided into 1,75,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs 35 crore divided into 3,50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each and to amend the Capital Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
