Brigade Enterprises allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Brigade Enterprises announced that the Nomination and Compensation Committee has approved the allotment of 402825 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at employees at a price of Rs. 50/- per share to the employees who have exercised their Options for equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.

The paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 112,25,19,400/- to Rs. 112,65,47,650/- due to the aforesaid allotment.
