Outcome of board meeting of Flexituff International

Flexituff International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 November 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Rishabh Kumar Jain as a Company Secretary in addition to being Compliance Officer of the Company.

2. Shifting of Registered office from the state of West Bengal to the state of Madhya Pradesh subject to necessary approvals.
