DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOPs

DCB Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 20,490 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 23 September 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 25,07,74,222 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
