India Cements announces proposal to demerge CSK Team

Into a wholly-owned subsidiary

India Cements announced that the Company presently owns Chennai Super Kings (CSK) - BCCI-IPL Franchise 20/20 Cricket Tournament Team. The Company has proposed to demerge the said CSK Division to a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company. Accordingly, this proposal is included for consideration of the Board of Directors of the Company at the ensuing meeting on 26 September 2014.
