DigiSpice Technologies has allotted 4,60,514 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 68,37,06,195/- (divided into 22, 9,02,065 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3/- each) to Rs. 68,50,87,737 /- (divided into 22, 3,62,579 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 3 /- each)
