Equitas Holdings announced that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of the Company has, on 14 September 2018, approved allotment of 1,25,536 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their Employee Stock Options.The paid up share capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs 341,01,39,310/- to Rs341,13,94,670/-.
